Our Promise

Our promise is simple and unwavering: we will never compromise what goes into your body. Every ingredient we use is intentionally chosen, carefully sourced, and transparently shared—because your health, trust, and well-being matter to us. What we serve is what we would proudly give to our own family: clean, purposeful food designed to nourish, not harm.

Our Ingriedients

Our Why

We created New Creations Café because we couldn’t find a place that could satisfy real cravings without compromising health and healing. Like many others, we wanted comfort foods that felt familiar and indulgent—but every option required a tradeoff our bodies couldn’t afford. So we stopped settling. We began crafting the foods we wished existed: treats that honor healing, support metabolic health, and allow people to enjoy what they love without regret.

That commitment shows up in every ingredient we use. We choose clean, low-glycemic sweeteners, thoughtfully sourced flours, and fats that support metabolic function—never fillers, refined sugars, or unnecessary additives. Each ingredient serves a purpose, and nothing is included without intention. Below, you’ll find a complete list of what we use-the benefits-and links to the clinical research

Our Why

Our What: Ingredients With Intention

We don’t choose ingredients based on trends—we choose them based on evidence, function, and integrity. Every ingredient below serves a purpose, and we openly share the research behind why it’s included.

Cocao Butter (Unsweetened Cacao Butter Wafers)

Cocoa butter is rich in stearic acid, a saturated fat shown in human trials to have a neutral effect on LDL cholesterol when compared with refined carbohydrates—making it a smarter fat choice for metabolic-health–conscious baking.

Cocao Solids (Unsweetened Cacao Wafers)

Cocoa flavanols have been shown in clinical trials to improve cardiometabolic markers and enhance cognitive performance under mental challenge—supporting both brain and metabolic health.
